Scope of service

Fence Pros San Diego is a referral service. We match homeowners with independent, licensed fence contractors. We do not perform fence work, employ installers, set contractor pricing, or hold a contractor license. You contract with and pay the contractor directly. The content on this site is informational: pricing ranges and recommendations reflect general market conditions at the time of writing and may change. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract or a guarantee of a specific price or outcome. Only a written quote from the contractor you are matched with is authoritative.

Service agreements

All fence work is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and the contractor, which you receive before work begins. That agreement, not this site, sets warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms. Warranties on the work are the contractor's, and product warranties are the manufacturer's. Fence Pros San Diego provides neither.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, written copy, images, branding, belongs to Fence Pros San Diego unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites (rebate programs, manufacturer documentation, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided as-is without warranty. Work performed by a contractor you are matched with is governed by your agreement with that contractor, and Fence Pros San Diego is not a party to it and is not liable for the work. For DIY advice on the blog, follow it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
