What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to match you with a fence contractor who can do the work.

Calls are recorded

Calls to our number are answered by a recorded line. Messages are recorded and transcribed so we can return your call and pass your request to a local fence pro. California is an all-party consent state, so a recording notice plays before the message begins. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form or email instead.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request and to connect you with an independent fence contractor in our network. That means we share the details you give us (your name, contact information, location, and what you need done) with the contractor we match you with, so they can contact you and quote the job. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including _ga and _ga_<id>, used to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies last up to two years. Google processes this data on our behalf. We have enabled Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you opt in. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.

Separately, when you tap a call button on this site we record an anonymous count of that tap, noting only which page it came from and the time. This sets no cookie, stores no IP address, and contains nothing that identifies you. We use it only to tell which pages lead to phone calls.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Analytics runs only with your consent.

You can opt out of analytics in three ways: click Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer to re-open the banner and withdraw consent at any time, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decline automatically and never load analytics.
